The City is called "Bandle City" & it's the City between the spirit and physical plane. Idk if they found the village by chance but in the lore, Bandle City is said to come and go around Runeterra. If you rewind back, the city was actually find, just had the Pentakill kinda hill-mountain on it in the end before Teemo fell. Teemo is annoying as heck, he deserved that XD Sorry not sorry. Tristana, Rumble(the guy who had flowers) and Poppy(Blacksmith) wouldn't put up with any of them but what could they do if they were hypnotized by the power of heavy metal/rock like literally you saw it with the banjo guy. They were being hypnotized to have a good time xD. Also don't worry too much, Yordles may look cute but they're old as heck like might be as old as Zoe, Kayle & Morgana and those 3 are the beginning of Runeterra old.
