The first day of "leaguesmas" gave us the Trickster Relic. Focused on buffing Thieving, Hunter, Firemaking and Agility, there's a LOT to unpack.

Have to say the bonus of the relic in the desert would be pretty slick. Being able to never fail the agility pyramid immediately would be dope. Such a fast money maker from the jump would be huge. Same with never failing to pick jars in pyramid plunder. No more snakes for me thanks.

Pickpocketing Tzhaar-Hur for gems. Double & Noted(x4 w/ Rogue outfit from Asgarnia.) Fast thieving & crafting xp plus you can sell the gems for gold or to the tzhaar gem shop for tokkul. Buying and equiping all of the tzhaar armor/weapons is generally a ton of easy points.

Very good point! Guarantee the other relics in that tier give it a run for it's money. Jagex aren't going to make these choices easy

IIRC Gems aren't that good to sell for tokkul but everyone will likely have a gem trader to buy sapphires/emeralds from. But yeah you need ice gloves unless the no fail part of the relic applies to this for some reason.

This is giving T2 for me. A strong relic, personally not sure I’d choose this as 3 of those skills are commonly pretty quick, and can gather supplies for skilling elsewhere. It’s a real early-mid game relic. The agility perk is so nice, but if something stronger is available, I don’t despise rooftops. Something for mining and rc would be great 😂. Are you planning to post videos of your Leagues progress? I’d be very interested to see it if you did! Love your style, editing and very informative videos.

I feel like it'll be tier 2 or 3 maybe (I don't recall which tiers are usually combat based but ballparking). It seems like a relic that will make levelling a lot faster for some skills as well as gathering things much more quickly, so I don't think it'll show up too late. Maybe tier 4.

@@UIM_Moose Thanks for the reminder. I thought it was something like that, but herbalist was tier 5 I think which let you perma boost combat stats with potions so my memory was thinking of that as combat.

Some things: TzHaars don't give coin pouches so there isn't a limit. Underwater agility and thieving will be ~4 x the speed of sepulcher while getting 14m thriving xp/h. This is only if the last little bit applies to the chests/clams. It's currently not part of the relic, but they have said they are discussing adding it because it is a thieving check you can fail.

Both of these methods require Asgarnia because you need ice gloves and flippers. It would take 3.5h to get 99 thieving and 81 agility from level 1 at underwater agility and thieving (and that's just with the 8 x xp multiplier)

the runescape devs know that last recall is op and everyone takes it and they have said its gonna be on here so i believe that it may just be a passive because they know that no matter the other relics that are in that tier ppl will just pick last recall

Idk this seems like a T1 to me. Like it gets really get you off the ground and moving into other areas quicker. Pickpocketing gold, burning logs much faster after after cutting them, and the passive agility xp while you do everything else. Then it has mid to late game viability with the hunter and imp jar perks. I think this might be a peak into their philosophy with the reworked relics. a mix of usefulness from early to late game in each relic. That way nothing feels wasted. I remember getting to the later stages of Leagues and thinking a lot of my T1 - T3 relics wernt being used anymore.

Cant fail agility pyramid actions and also probably won't make the rogues den stuff 4x i think it would interact similar to and old interaction from shattered relics where the 2 seperate "double" perks just made it overall 3x because instead of multiplying the drop it just adds the base drop an extra time causing only 3 total not 4

Players have a 20/50/100% chance to receive double loot when pickpocketing NPCs. This stacks multiplicatively with rogue equipment.

I dont think you need blood fury in thid game mode. Combat already busted af with any style :D i remember soloing tob with magic only in last trailblazer league :D magic perk 2t barrages were just nuts :D you can tank everything and heal from blood barrage in seconds back to full. Its insane.

Imo has to be T1 to even be remotely useful, everything it boosts is mostly useful very early game and falls of a cliff lategame. It's hard to say sice we don't know the other options but i think this relic is gonna be a trap. Pickpocketing is already so fast and easy, ye the passive agility is nice , especially if they remove agility tasks, but doesn't seem to be worth a relic slot, especially since you have to use it in your boot slot. And hunting chins... yeah its nice early game if you pick wildy or kandarin, for some fast range training, but again not worth a relic slot imo. And not even gonna talk about firemaking. So yeah I could see this relic not getting picked by a lot and the people who do might regret it like people did with eternal jewler back in OG trailblazers. And if this happens to be the best relic in it's slot i'm gonna be VERY dissapointed.

Definitely not sure how I feel about the firemaking elements but if it is a T1, I imagine it'll have some real competition. Could be that it was teased first to build hype for a relic that'll inevitably be left as a tertiary consideration

Unsure how this could be anything but a tier 1 relic. It's clearly designed in the style of the old tier 1s, being mostly QoL skilling improvements that you could choose from. But... it just seems really weak. I can't imagine picking this over any of the relics in the previous trailblazer. The only useful aspect of it is the afk pickpocketing, it doesn't even remotely compare to the Endless Harvest afk Karambwan fishing last league

This will be decent for people who choose to do CG to get some crystal shards quickly. Also good money making but… that passive agility… please bring into main game lol I know it’s in RS3 but I can’t stand rooftops
