i was having a rlly bad day. And i watched this video, i did'nt even finished it. i just went outside xith my bike, sketchbook, book and earpod and just vibed in the rain. The story of the two of you is too inspiring and an example of what a healthy and functional relationship should look like. I can’t wait for the cute illustration cookbook to come out. Also you should try making energy bites (they are balls with peanut butter, flaxseeds, and any topping really). Lastly, I remember a time when I got my phone chip removed when I was in high school (it was my punishment) and it was supposed to be for a month. I enjoyed not having a phone chip so much that whenever my parents asked if I wanted to have it back; I said “no”. It was just peaceful, I read more and enjoyed nature. I wasn’t stressed and I felt free oddly. Ever since then I have been finding ways to avoid going on my phone. ☺️
