for the lazier partners, use a vegan (which most are) puffpastry/filo, cut it into triangles, roll them up (maybe put some vegan choc or vegan cheese on the insides of some), brush them with some mylk, bake them for however long your package says and VOILA - the best, easy, quick, delicious vegan croissants PSA this also works as a treat for oneself because we don't need partners to treat us, we've got ourselves! much love to you all

I wasn’t really going to comment but because leah enjoys reading them i might as well. i moved back to my home country in africa from london a year ago and compared to the fast-paced and exciting life i was used to it’s been extremely boring. the food here is kind of the same stuff everytime and there’s nothing to do so it’s really easy to feel depressed. But watching your vlogs is like a giant hug and it’s also taught me to seek excitement in seemingly mundane things- i’ve been trying to be more positive about everything lately and your vlogs have really helped so thank you ❤️

For perfect croissants u need a loooooot of practice, I recommend trying the recipe from buttermilk pantys blog. Its not vegan but you can substitute with vegan butter and milk. I’ve made it lots of times and they turn out perfect!

A recipe I think ya'll would be interested in trying :) Thank you for the lovely video! June’s Chickpea Gnocchi 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas, drained 1 large egg yolk Salt Ground black pepper ½ c. all-purpose flour, plus more as needed In a blender, blend oil, chickpea, and egg until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl, then season with salt and pepper. Add ½ cup flour to chickpea mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms. If dough is too sticky, add in up to ¼ cup more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue kneading dough until tacky and springy and no longer wet and sticky. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and divide dough into 4 pieces. Roll each out into a rope about ¾” thick, then cut each rope into ¾” gnocchi pieces. In a pot of salted boiling water, boil desired amount of gnocchi until they float to the surface (very quick, 3 min tops). Drain.
