So grateful for this very clear explanation. I did hemi sync for a month a few years ago and was able to remote view something very interesting. I have been manifesting my dreams also and this works. It’s all about peace and harmony and good health for myself and my family. I’m all of a sudden getting very busy helping others like you but in my way. I’ve seen things since I was born that kept me in fear. I feel everything and yoga, Qigong, meditation, ice baths, longevity breathing I could go on, I’ve tried so much and it’s getting me through this. I am learning to trust myself and god/source/universe. @@SailorRob Yes, I have been successful at both remote viewing and OBE, and I've had other supernatural experiences. I tend to see those experiences now as "icing on the cake", rather than the meal. For me, the main course is more about who I am being in the here and now. I haven't practiced directly with hemi-sync for years, though am considering the possibility again for certain things. One of the most useful techniques I picked up in Gateway was "reball" or the ingestion of a thought/energy ball. I find I often use this as my own entrainment for sitting or walking meditation. This concept was introduced as a "communication device", in which I will absorb information and state from another entity/energy, merging it into my own. It's like an instant download; kind of like Neo with Kung-Fu in the Matrix. Some call this telepathy, although it's really much, much more. For myself, I imagine/recall the entire state of being in a particular mind/body state (say heart coherence), and then become that energy. I use it because it's a fantastic short cut and doesn't require anything external. And yes, it came from practicing hemi-sync.

When I began practicing the healing art of Reiki I learned to use meditation to practice remote viewing, in which I seemingly can transcend both space and time to observe events. At times it feels as though I can also interact in the event, by channeling healing energy for example. Coming across a public document and recontextualizing it for an audience that doesn't already know the Stargate Program in the 70s for the bs that it was/is creates confusion and misdirection. Howdy. I too am 59. I have experienced some crazy things and yet I never intended to seek for anything in particular as my life was hectic at times. I always felt it important to be kind to others not interfere with others journey. Then at 38 yrs old I stumbled into an ongoing crime against an elderly family friend who had offered me a much higher paying job. Only he was being used by people who included his own niece and nephew whom I knew my whole life and always liked them but they were / are linked with dark forces that use mind control, hypnosis and deception to trick him into giving them 3000 to 5000 weekly and they didn't want my sudden closeness to him through the job he gave me to upset their money source that's big money and they had been doing it for a very long time. So they sent his niece whom use to baby sit me 56 years ago and I admired her until all this came to light after she flew to our remote work location and she chanted something late at night that my mind kept telling me kaballa but it caused a telepathic connection the very next day and tried to torment me into fear and over reacting but I chose to research and through enduring 21 years of 24/7 unwanted telepathic attack I have learned much. This attack is very religious based and also the cause of the enormous rise in mass shootings. There is so much going on in this world and I truly believe other Dimensional entities are involved and engaged in a ever expanding attack on humanity and its getting very close to some huge event.....it's all connected to operation bluebeam and transhumanism and chemtrails and Vax etc etc. Our government is working with Dimensional beings in order to bring about serious afflictions upon humanity. I used to practice meditation back in the day, I'd do it as the sun goes down and bet sat in the sun, I remember one experience where it felt like my whole body was starting to vibrate like a string of a guitar. Then I saw colours that were just small blobs to begin with then an explosion of colours. I'd start to feel a rising sensation of movement, like you were sat in a rocket that's taking off. But then I'd too excited and open my eyes only to be back where I started, but by god it felt great. Stopped due to conformity, derived judgement from others. First time watching one of your videos, the way you broke it down made so much sense and I wanted to thank you for sharing such a thought provoking video. I rarely comment, however, I’m curious to see if anyone can relate with me on a phenomenon I’ve experienced, because I’ve only ever known one other person that’s had this same experience and it’s all I could think about while watching this video. I’ve only experienced this phenomenon on rare occasions, it occurred more frequently between the ages of around 10 to 20, since then I’ve probably experience it twice and I’m now 45. So, this is what I experience, nothing I’m aware of is a catalyst to initiate what happens either, it starts randomly out of the blue and at any time, all of a sudden it feels like time speeds up, not like Barry Allen fast but say a factor of around 4 or 5 times faster than I would normally experience time, it feels like I’m talking and moving faster, along with everything and everyone around me, it “appears” to last anywhere between 30 sec to a few minutes and seems to slowly return to normal speed, I’ve tried staying in it while it’s happening so it lasts longer but never succeeded unfortunately because it’s the coolest thing I’ve ever felt. I’m curious if anyone has also experienced this phenomenon and if anyone has any theories on how, what, when where and why this is even possible? I have always thought it was some kind of brain glitch like some kinda reverse déjà vu thing. Sorry for the long post.

I think one thing about identity shifting you’re not mentioning is the people you surround yourself with in this world. If you hang around people with limiting beliefs, you can take on that energy. When I was younger, I was part of a Reiki community. One day we did an intention exercise where we wrote down what we want in life - all aspects. Then we willed it into being and forgot about it. I cured my depression with binaural programmes created for that purpose, and overnight too. I spent 15yrs on anti-depressants, wondering if they were ever gonna kick in, and I ran out on Xmas eve, ramped up to their Max dosage (coz Xmas was always stressful with my idiot inlaws, and I realized that I had forgotten to get another script before the holiday shutdowns and no doctors were available for 2 weeks. I’m glad this video popped up in my feed. I was a student of the Vedas and Krishna Consciousness for many years when I was younger. The mind and consciousness are mentioned heavily throughout the Vedas, regarding reality, illusion, controlling the mind and the senses, out of body experiences, the soul and its energy, even astral travel to other planets! It’s amazing to see a lot of this information slowly making its way into mainstream society. I have used visualizations to achieve a goal and it was successful. My wife uses self affirmation and visualizations every morning while building a new business, and she has become very successful. Athletes and high level racers are using visualization prior to an event to “see” themselves successfully navigating the course ahead of time in preparation. The key here is consistency and for me, I have severe ADHD and my mind is so easily distracted with various tasks throughout the day and it is easy for me to get off track and to fall out of a habit and become engaged in random chaos. I need more of this in my life to focus and take back control of my life.

Predicted the 2017 world series in detail about 5 months before it happened cause I saw it all in a moment like I saw a movie of the series all real quick and it left me with this total certainty. Just one example...there're many ways of tapping into the power of it. Few humans seem to be able to really grasp it all. When I was 10, I was a very inquisitive kid. I was always fascinated by war and games of war - strategy games and RPG's. My mind was always at 125bpm or higher and my lust for knowledge got me stuck with "ADHD" so I was prescribed riddlen and later adderol. I soon slowed down and became a robot....I felt different and not myself and my parents didn't understand why I started to do great in school but not eating, playing games, and loosing weight. So after begging to be off it and serious anxiety and depression my mom gave me a set of Meditation tapes....everything changed. I was still hyper, but visualizing thoughts of what I wanted (outcome manifestation) became addictive...I excelled soon after and became a christian soon after. That time in my life has set me up until today at 39. I'm very ahead of my peers due to my personal desire to research philosophy, sociology, psychology, engineering, game-theory, and other interpersonal thought experiments. To this day I feel in control and more and more powerful!

First: basically I like your approach and the exersices provided at your channel. I'm looking forward of doing the Hemi-Sync exercise you described. Most topics you're describing are not really new to me. Partially it brings back things I've heard earlier into my consciousness and I'd really also applied what I've learned with great success. I studied organ interpretation and each public performance has been an terrible catastrophy for me in the beginning. Over the course of 3 years applying Musik-Kinesiology I did my last examination being in the music and enjoying what I did which reflected in the result. Not only changed my performance in playing in public but also relationships at work and my appearence already after about one year. The woman that had developed and taught Music Kinesiology tohether with her partner didn't recognize me anymore. I needed to tell her who I am for her to remember me. That was before the third seminar of the education as a Music Kinesiology practitioner where you may not skip seminars. So it was clear, that we've seen eachother before. The Music was an indicator of how much hurt my soul was and it challenged me for the Miracle I performed. My work kulminated in my final examination where I played better than ever before and that this would going to happen was only visible 2 days before that examination when I first played from my totally coloured notes. What might be interesting to you is that I always had and still have difficulties with visualisation. By the way, my final exam in organ interpretation was in 1999. Even so I had applied Music Kinesiology about 100 times before my exam, I still had difficulties visualizing. What I want to say with this is: Just do and do it as well as you can. Persistence is the key. And because I my soul was hurt that much I still wasn't totally healed. I allways was aware of this and did more research and education in English Psychometry, Integral Geomanthy, Smithing and finally I changed my diet. That last change led me to even deaper spiritual experiences in playing the organ. After eating wild herbs on a meadow, I felt like being the puppy of the spirit who had dictated the notes into the feather of the composer. Means my body reacted on the fine impulses of inspiration. I enjoyed it a lot. Already after a few minutes chewing wild herbs a smile was drawnj into my face which was so strong that I couldn't resist it. My approach was then to create an environment, a natural human habitat to enjsure I can have access to divine food whole year round and so finally heal my sould and from then on stay in permanent health of body soul and spirit. Over the last 16 years I attempted to make a piece of land with poor soil fertile. At good times we had around 25 varieties of fruits and several wild vegetables, even so it was hard to get the soil fertile. By chance I discovered last year on sevral portions of that land with different sets of plants that humus was developed. The most black was under Acacia Mangium trees with and without root nodules and with ash grey colonies of microbes up to 1cm in size. The other was under Water Chestnut trees with about half meter deep greybrown soil in which I planted ginger and wich partially was moved over a banana plant. The ginger flowered after 3 Month and the Banana made shoots which grew much faster than those bananas nearby. jThe spray of the pineapple plantation made me leaving the land and now I look for solutions to make my dream real. For this I started personal development and came about the Silva Ultramind method. This seemed me to have the most positive impact on my soul health and also I have now glimpses of images which I can already shape and also glimpses of sounds/music which I can alter. As a musician I never experienced like this and never felt able to be a composer. Now this Hemi-Sync Exercise semms me very promissing in terms of accelerating my ability of visualisation. The second exersice of setting your Intention I would do while doing the Hemi-Sync Exercise as this fosters Imagination. And if it's not working during the Hemi-Sync exercise it might work while you sleep or in the phase of waking up. This is also where I had my first glimpses of images and music. Also my overall wellbeing and mood has improved over the last 3 months and Noises and words which would have me made getting mad in the past I can now just observe without getting involved emotionally. This I enjoy a lot because I can choose which thought I want to let in for further processing and the negative words and noises I can let just flow away.
