I doubt the Russian government or any government wants Hillary's uncouth, thin skinned, scapegoating, old friend, reality TV star, Trump, either. Would the whole rest of the world breathe a general sigh of relief and maybe do a little dancing in the streets if we somehow elected Jill Stein (or even Bernie were it still possible this go round?) There are many items revealed in the recent Wikileaks that are disturbing. I am not an attorney, but it seemed that one or two of them might be illegal. An example may be aid contracts for disaster in Haiti being given priority if the contractor was a "friend of Bill Clinton." Were these government contracts, that have specific and public criteria for how they are awarded? (In the private sector this kind of quid pro quo is more common.) If true, is litigation an option? I would say prosecution...we already saw an example of how that went. What have we become?

I don't think it's politically expedient to do so. It would be surprising if he did. There's nothing to be gained by enforcing ethics, princibles and integrity.
