Great work as always, you should get some hooked stanley blades make cutting the ply much easier - if you don't use them already

also thats armoured tape not supposed to use it for detailed work, you can do them corners in 2 instead of putting a patch on the bottom, but that tape is hard to get around corners as its armoured and meant for the bottom!

How many roofers do you know with the proper insurance to do that type of hot work. I don't know any.

Should do all the flashing in metal where possible especially around the sky light saves a lot of hassle 🙈

Don't understand what you mean. I have to do it like this to issue a guarantee. What system do you use? If there is a better solution I want to know. Thanks

@@roofingshiteroofing1189 on the sky light frame u used 2 pieces of metal one at the bottom and one at the top and welded material over the 2 flashings U could of made one flashing 100 by 120 (or what ever measurement is of the upstand) and then at the top return the flashing with another bend of 50mm then welded a flat strap across the base and dress the corners I use protan armoplan and flagon pvc

@@SuperMickjr no worries. I would have to get a sheet 1200 x 2000mm and fabricate it myself. Fatra only make the metal I'm using, I like your thinking it's sound👍 I will be looking to do it your way. Top man
