I use a mix of GoPro hero 7 and 5 black. Typical resolution is just over 1080 I believe, but my video software scales it down to 1080.

I should also add that the handheld shots are from my iPhone 11 Pro. This particular video was likely the GoPro Hero 7 and iPhone cameras only.
