Thanks for the instructions on opening the top of this machine! I have the same model and your video is the ONLY one I found that shows how to do this. I had to replace the door latch/switch which you can see @3:41 in your video on the far right side. I may do a video on this part replacement. It is the only problem I have had with this machine in all the years I have owned it. I did give a good cleaning to the parts you mentioned while I had it open. Good video - thanks for uploading.

Thank you so much for this video! I will say that with a straw cleaning brush bent at 90 degrees could access and clean the holes in the bleach cup from underneath without have to take anything apart. Worked like a dream!

Yes very helpful. My mom has the same machine, just a different name. I took the back off , but didn't think to look up. I will clean that tray for sure and go from there, great video, thanks

Yup that’s exactly what it is! Sometimes if you have hard water or just corrosion, it can also block or creative build up in that little hole from the beach cup when the water gets flushed

The "gunk" was probably fabric softener being put into the wrong place.

I have “new” Krib Bling with no dispenser and it leaks 5 lbs of water every time I fill it about a few inches high, even if I fill it through the top door, machine unplugged. I guess it’s by the grace of God that it has not blown up in an explosive short circuit by now.

Hi my washer is leaking from the softener dispenser, cleaned it out and still leaks, overflows. But I don’t even use it, I use detergent pods. Is there another solution?
@frankgiroux Жыл бұрын
Check for dispenser dammage. Sometime, the thub "hit" the dispenser and it damage it. Plus, check if your thub is still centered. Mine is offset and the liquid barely fall on the edge of the thum itself. So, if the dispenser is damaged, the water comes out of it like splashing in every directions. That is what I had as problem. I was able to fix it, but you can easily buy a new one and replace it yourself. (I'm still trying to figure out how to center the thub though. Probably by turning the top of the rods that support the thub. (Seems to have some threads at the end of the rods or maybe a nut... story to follows) 😁

Disconnect the softener plug, like in the vid, only the one that connects to that.

I turned down hose pressure so it wouldn't overflow. So far so good.

Why would they design an overflow port to drain right into the back of the machine?! Couldnt a hose have connected it to the drain pump at the bottom? Astoundingly poor engineering!

This is so tjat after 2 or 3 years people spend another 900 and buy a new one 😮
