I have the Garrett Pro-Pointer. You use it with the "regular" detector to search the holes. I also use it to find nuts, screws or anything metal that I drop and can't find. Works great as a companion to the coil detector.

My son metal detects and digs for stuff at glass dumps. That detector is for using whole you dig in the hole to "pinpoint" the object and monitor how close you dig to it. He uses the full size metal detector to find the spot to start digging.

The wrexo builds that were precursors to the yeti. Actually got to meet you at the Buena Vista colorado recon g6 before it released. That was the recon g6 that got moved from Ouray Colorado

Check out the Curse of Oak Island! The two brothers from my hometown. One of the old treasure hunters uses the handheld metal detector with his big one. The last few seasons have been amazing. Love your content as well always look forward to you and SBG 🙌🫶🏻

$120 for that mid profile is pretty solid. I've got some other EcoPower servos in rigs and they've always performed really well. Channel membership is worth it just for After News Delight and cat vomit looking speaker boxes.

CEN truck is def a 64-66 Chevy, back of the cab gave it away. Those trucks never came in crew cabs or dually’s so it’ll be interesting what that will be. Single cab long box custom dually?

Any of my 1/18 1rc Racing Asphalt and Dirt oval racing cars. The scale look of the cars blew my mind getting back into RC from when I was a kid. The detail on them is insane if you into Stock Car racing type rc's.

I think I need more BM in my hobby. That metal car looks like an awesome idea. Team Associated, on the other hand, seems like they have no idea how to make a car people want to buy. Maybe their ancient buggy with a purple tub this time. Most memorable RC to me was the Kyosho sailboat. I still don't understand what's happening there. Is it actually sailing?! Amazing.

Maybe it's time to change the name to "Random Mostly-RC News Update"...lol. Seriously, it's great to see/hear about RC stuff that not just crawler-specific. I'm not into crawlers anymore (sold them all, except my SCX24), but I continue to watch, as this is still the 'best' weekly RC update. 👍👍 To answer this week's question, my answer isn't really about any particular RC vehicle...it's about a particular RC company, and how they go about releasing their vehicles. The company I'm speaking of is Rlaarlo. When releasing a new vehicle, the vast majority of RC companies Will unveil all of the specific details of the vehicle, and make it available for purchase, on the same day. A few companies (for example, Tekno & XRAY) will release specific details about a new kit, including the price, and will include the date (which is usually somewhere between 2-4 weeks after that day) that the vehicle will be available for purchase, or for pre-order. Rlaarlo, on the other hand, does something that I can't recall any other company doing. First, they will release a "teaser image" of a soon-to-be-unveiled vehicle, but provides no further information. Then, over the following 2-4 weeks, they will gradually release more bits & pieces of info, as well as additional photos...but, still not providing any pricing information, or a release/pre-order date. Next, 1-3 days before pre-orders go 'live', they will finally unveil the pricing, as well as announce the date & time that pre-orders will open. And, finally, that date/time will finally arrive, to which customers can finally place their pre-order for the vehicle, which (typically) won't start shipping for another 2-6 weeks. Personally, I have no problem with this, even though the process is definitely somewhat 'strange'...but, I have read countless comments from others who not only dislike this process, but, some of whom repeatedly vow to never purchase Rlaarlo RCs again. The truth is, as unusual as this process is, Rlaarlo's prices continue to be lower than almost any of their competitors (ie. Traxxas, Associated, Arrma, etc), and the quality of their vehicles & parts continues to be equal, if not better than, the majority of their competitors.

Got back into rc due to 2020. Found interesting comp crawl in France world championship moa bully type builds. Then I got an rtr sendero hd for Christmas that year. Was amazed how it performed not knowing anything about crawling. Was always a 1/10 racing person late 90s to mid 2000s. Then got busy with job. Lol

Yup tamiya driver set originally for the old hilux mountaineer - the figure has a cutout ass to fit on the trucks bench seat. Still available and is bestest driver imo, much better than wrestling dolls. 🙄

When I was about 8 to 10 years old I had I think it was called nikko rc it used to do standing wheelies and the front wheels/axle would spin like a helicopter 😅 it also did it in its normal driving position it was a weird thing but it was fun

I never want to see "Ti" advertised on servos.. ever lol *Every* single one of them is a liar, *if* they do have Ti inside, it's one gear... in the worst case you're Reefs labeling their old servos with Ti gears when they *never* had them.
