Been losing hair quite steadily over the last few years. Im in my 60s so might be too late for me to remedy. As a lady who used to have so much hair, its extremely upsetting. I never would have connected it to possible leaky gut as I've always been very healthy. Thank you for explaining. 😊

Thank you so much for all of this great info, I feel like I have learned so much! I ran across something on your website that mentioned junctions. And I did not know what that was. I would like to know what that was. Your video was so very helpful. ❤

I am scheduled for Hashimoto’s testing this week. My T4 and T3 levels from regular blood work have always been normal. However, I’ve noticed thinning eyebrows and hair, which has been emotionally distressing for me. I’m currently taking black seed oil and L-glutamine for suspected leaky gut, along with astragalus supplements. Additionally, I experience skin issues like eczema and psoriasis on my scalp, as well as occasional rashes. I’ve also noticed redness and inflammation on the sides of my nose. Using castor oil on my scalp and brows has been beneficial. While I take biotin and collagen along with other hair loss supplements, I’m eager to identify the root cause of these issues.

If I were you, I'd look to the gut for answers - especially because you have skin issues. That's one of my biggest clues that something isn't functioning properly in the GI tract!

@@DrKateLyzengaDeanThank you 🙏 so much. Believe me, i’m trying to get the bottom of it. I had my gallbladder removed in 2013 due to gallstones. I noticed after, my hair started shedding. I’m also 51 and been under a whole lot of stress. my diet is not good. I also think I have POS. I’ve had High DHEA 370.0 and Testosterone levels for years.

@@DrKateLyzengaDeancan mold be an issue with hair loss, I know rashes are part of it? Just noticed I have mold on my AC closet where the water heater is at as well.

In your deep dive program, it says that there is Bonus Advanced Functional Lab Testing options included but I'm guessing that the lab testing is not an actual bonus but is instead an option that needs to be purchased separately?h How does the testing work for non US residents? Thanks!
@DrKateLyzengaDean11 ай бұрын
Yep - one of the bonuses is my recommendations for Advanced Functional Testing and links to access the exact tests I use with clients. For non-US residents, the best way to implement the recommendations for blood testing is to request them from your primary care provider. For at-home test kits (like the DUTCH, etc.) you may need to work with a Functional Doctor to get those ordered internationally. I do this for my one-on-one clients often! Happy to help!
