You don't necessarily need to do all of these before every workout. You can just isolate the body part you're about to work but I feel like it's a good habit to get into.

Just piling on with the others here at 40+. I’ve been pretty active my whole life but I’ve been neglecting my mobility up until recently. It is THE difference between feeling young and strong vs creaky and sick. Wish I had started this type of training when I was younger

Did this routine for 6 months every day after waking up. At the begining I couldn't do cossack squats and deep lounges without support. Now I can. I am 50 y.o. It somehow really helped to stay consistent how LBP presents the exercise.
@jonapp1199
@jonapp1199 7 ай бұрын
Consistency accomplishes everything. You can learn a language, a subject, how to paint, how to sing, and most easily learn to be in shape and all of them only take a little consistency and discipline. The catch is only a quarter of the population has those two traits.

Did this after finally recovering from non-epileptic seizure condition!! 9 months of mostly being immobile in bed and great muscle weakness. My legs were literally buckling after trying it, but to me it is now the the best feeling ever because I’m able to move freely again. Thank you for including variation and being so thoughtful of people’s differences in capabilities!❤❤❤

I love how you still use your signature sound edits for routines LMAO. I take 0-2 walks a day and have been doing this routine as my workout for 3 weeks. I love how encouraging you are throughout and the relaxed pace. no intense alarms or countdowns, and the small breaks in between to catch my breath. I am trying not to have 0-100 mindset of either obsessively working out or do nothing at all. I used to be in the gym 2 hrs a day after 8-10 hrs of work. My body hated me and I hated it :( Thats why i find myself coming back to this video. Super relaxed yet motivating to do what my body wants/needs that day. I didn't think this would be my favorite video bc I love your sit down ones but I'm a big fan now of instructor patty!! :)

I love these stretches and how accessible you've made them to people! One pointer if you're open to it, but instead of child's pose, your posture is more of a puppy pose! How fun! Puppy pose generally keeps the hips stacked over the knees like you've done here, whereas child's pose, traditionally for rest, has the hips sinking back onto the heels so the hips can open and relax. Love your work again! And it's just terminology - doesn't change how the moves are helping your body, I just thought it might be helpful for the aspiring yogis in the comments haha

@@oopie2006 I am pretty convinced your hips have something to do with it - I've got hip dysplasia and was pretty much scooching all over the laptop after 3 reps xD

I like this sort of content that Patty is making. It is helpful and still shows off her personality, without just being a thirst trap lol.

You have such a great personality and I had to take a break and pause cuz I cracked up at the seal edit You really inspire me to be as fit and muscular as you, thanks so much! 💜

Incorporating allot of your movements into my PT. Thank you LBP I'm giving myself 14 months to be able to successfully complete these movements with help from my physical therapist (VA Brooklyn NY) Body took a beating during the battle for Ramadi (Broke most of my ribs and a few vertebrae during gunfight) Recovery is a marathon not a sprint anyone recovering from any traumatic high impact injuries. This Marine appreciates the guidance from LBP channel (this iron worrior is helping to improve the lives of people she will never meet) #RESPECT Happy Holidays

Maybe I suck at searching, but I feel like this is the most complete and comprehensive. Most of all it's not obfuscated in a piss poor attempt to sell me a product. I am so gosh diggity darn tight, I have decided to do this for a month daily. Thank you.
