The Formula shown in this video is:
=IFS(C2=FALSE,"",D2="",NOW(),TRUE,D2)
You will then need to go to file, then settings and select calculations and then turn on iterative calculations.
** Note: you will need to select the appropriate cells where "C2 and D2" are.
