Learjet Ambulance FATAL CRASH AFTER TAKEOFF at Philadelphia

Med Service Air Ambulance Learjet 55 (XA-UCI) performing flight MTS056 from Northeast Philadelphia KPNE to Springfield was destroyed when it collided with terrain shortly after takeoff from runway 24.
Pilots had normally read back frequency change seconds before the impact.
