WOW!!!! This is just fucking INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... God Dammit! People that do this kind of stuff make it look SO FUCKING EASY!... But these kinds of moves are *SUPER* DIFFICULT, nearly impossible, especially if you're not super BUILT, like this guy obviously is!... I've been regularly trying to do even a basic one of these moves my entire LIFE so far, (a basic two handed "kip-up"), ever since I was a teenager, (I'm now 46), but I've NEVER, NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE TIME, been able to make this move, (or ANY of these moves), happen for me... I realize that you have to have absolutely *EXPLOSIVE* POWER and STRENGTH in your entire body's muscles, *especially* in your shoulders and back, and also extreme flexibility AND fast twitch muscle *coordination* , NONE of which I have, NOR have I ever been able to gain through the years, even though I exercise and stretch regularly!... I can't even do a basic handstand because my balance is so horrible due to the fact that I have Autism... I can barely even *walk* , so doing crazy shit like this here is unfortunately NOT an option for me. :( Since I have Autism, I have a genetic disposition to being super UNcoordinated and relatively weak in comparison to "normal" people, so even though I've always wanted to be able to do these kinds of crazy insane "ninja" type moves, I realize that they're physically impossible for my body to do... They still look really cool when I see someone else doing them, but it definitely DOES make me sad, very disappointed, and jealous of others who CAN do these kinds of moves, that MY uncoordinated body is totally incapable of these kinds of feats of superhuman strength and agility! :( Oh well, "it is what it is" I guess... I just really hate *knowing* that this kind of stuff *should* be physically possible, but that I personally have a "defective" body that is incapable of this kind of stuff!... That's what *really* pisses me off; I have a *mind* of a (wanna be) "ninja warrior", at least I would appreciate having that sort of strength and agility, but then also knowing that MY specific body isn't that capable just makes me mad!... No matter what I do or how much I try to get stronger and more coordinated like this, I just can't ever get to that point!... Sometimes I think it would be better just to not even know that this level of physical awesomeness is possible, that way I wouldn't even know what I'm missing! :(

Go to adult gymnastics, my motor skills and body awareness have sucked for all my life, except last 1.5 years of 60 in which I took gymnastics up as a precursor to parkour. I have found strength and coordination that I didnt think possible. Pygmie keeps my motivation up too.

a great one I have done for the last 20 years is back to back and then back to headstand to back to back to headstand. It ends up being a back to head for the move.
