I am not sure if it could apply on this way: Thanks a lot for an English lesson off the charts. Great job!

This phrase is supposed to be used as an adjective. "Thanks a lot for the lesson. The quality of your lessions is off the charts (very high)".

I thought I knew the idiom, but I didn't. If someone told me "We are now off the charts" my understanding was like, "We have come somewhere no one has ever been. Nothing is predictable anymore." Mostly, there was no serious problem, though.

Why are these true "give me some book to read, some tool to fix..., I saw you with some girl/boy" if SOME is for non-count nouns, plural nouns ?? The same question about the "any" why? . (All I've learnt is from Murphy's book, but there's not much info in there)

Kevin, plz make a vid about when (how) to avoid the "to be"?? e.g. I want you (to be) back, I wanna kisses (to be) back (why wanna + kissES? If wanna IS want a(≠kisses), want to (≠kisses) ) .

A question: I know this is "ə" the Shwa (relax sound) but what about this one "ə: " ?? What is it called?? How to pronounce it? (The British accent, cuz some pronounce it just like a long shwa "əəə" , some- just like "œ , ö " . Thanks in advance

This brings up another question: what do we use, singular or plural, when we have no idea whether it's countable or not? For example, please jot the note(s) down.
