Yes! is totally is like that. But each program we create it very complete and professional so it take us some time to finish it. At the moment we are recording new programs.

Yes, you have an additional training plan to improve your skills after week 6. Also, week 6 is very demanding, so you will probably need to do it a few times in the following months to improve all the basic movements. Good Kung fu is about practice and repetition.

Are there many foreigners in your school now as I plan to come in January for 1 year?

Not at the moment. We only have 5 foreigner students and a few Chinese students at the moment that I'm writing this message. Please contact the Chinese embassy of your country to know if is possible to apply for a visa because of the virus. At this time they have new regulations for traveling or even they are not issuing visas. This is why we created this online training. We hope that the situation gets better as soon as possible, and new students can travel and train again with us.
