Will do. There’s really no such thing as an “empty house”. Each house is in a sign (12 houses, 12 signs). Those signs are ruled by planets. So...by extension, you have that energy in that house. You won’t have any aspects ....and that’s ok. But there is planetary and sign energy for every house. ❤️❤️❤️

Hello MJ! So true! What I learned tonight is that Pisces is not only my Ascendant (at 20), but it is also in my Moon and Chiron, with Jupiter in Gemini which is also my North Node (Sagi is my South Node), and Aquarius is in my 12th house! I am a Sun Leo...a Lion Fish! Truth be told, I have always been told that my head was always in the clouds (I am a daydreamer and aspiring artist), so you've explained a lot of what is going on with me. I also noticed that some of my houses bleed into other signs...for example my ASC lines on the chart seem to expand into Aries and Taurus. Also, in my past life, Aquarius, the line seems to fall back into Pisces. Interesting...

Oh boy, she’s at it again!!! I’m a sag rising and my WHOLE life (I’m talking even as young as four years old) I can’t lose gracefully. I get so triggered when I lose games and I have never understood why. Neither of my parents are like that. When you said “in your past life, as a Scorpio, you probably had a lot of power”, so I’m thinking now I have a very difficult time relinquishing power. I’m a fellow Sag rising, and if you Google “12th house Scorpio,” you can find more information on the karma of this placement. It’s definitely about power dynamics and now, because of the information I found doing the research, so much of my life makes sense to me. One site even talks about how people with this placement were, in a first possible situation, either perpetrators or victims of sexual abuse in a past life (meaning they now have to learn compassion and empathy for that as a former perpetrator, or learn to heal from that victimhood); the second possible situation is that people with this placement used power in a corporate or business sense, for example, with little or no regard for others. The soul will even arrange for circumstances of powerlessness and dependency in the person’s life to make this karma play out for the growth of the soul and the person’s life mission. I’m curious about how I’ll handle this challenge, but I’m hoping it won’t be too painful. My manifestation of that karma in this life is not that I can’t lose gracefully or relinquish power, because those things are easy for me to do (the times of powerlessness that my soul has arranged throughout my life has taught me to let go of needing control), but that I fight hard against people who try to wield too much power over others. I can’t let it go. People abusing power by using it to abuse others bothers me-intensely.

Thank you for taking the time while you are in such a magical place to do this video. This was extremely helpful and has brought up new questions for me. I have taken north node, chiron and ascendant classes. North Node - Sagittarius 11th house 15 degrees South Node - Gemini 5th house Ascendant - Capricorn 13 degrees Sun - Virgo 8th house 3 degrees Based on what you just said about Capricorn Ascendant, my job in this life is to work really hard, putting in the time and effort. My North Node tells me I'm supposed to be in the big corporation that I'm already working in as an HR Director and working REALLY hard. I'm so burnt out, I can't work any harder. There has to be a piece I'm missing. I do have some of the psychic qualities, mostly in the Virgo 8th house; Mercury, Sun, Pluto. My moon is Sagittarius in the 12th house. I also have a grand water trine between Jupiter in 14 Pisces, MC in 9 Scorpio, and Saturn in 15 Cancer , My Chiron is Aries in 3rd house, so I get that it was difficult for me to speak my truth and my wound to my throat Chakra and I'm working on healing that now. What am I missing, I feel like I'm supposed to be helping others heal wounds that I have also endured but how do I do that in my very structured, corporate job. I feel like I want to go out on my own and work with ppl one to one on these things. I guess this North Node thing is really hard, I don't like to be in the spotlight and certainly don't like being the center of attention. Is that really what I'm supposed to do, am I supposed to create some curriculum around "speaking up for yourself", "healing wounds", a dash of mindlfulness and think corporate America is going to buy into this. Dear Mary Jo, could you address in your videos how to approach differing house systems? My north node, adcendant and moon differ is sidereal system. In my research I found very little about how to wrap own head around those differences, and the most resonating answer I found was that sidereal astrology offers a collective, societal influence on your birth. But I find it hard to imagine and put to use. That is why I listen and cross watch all zodiacs, to get a wider perspective! Thank you, much 💗 ✨

I love this *so* much, thank you so much for sharing this with us!! It fits to a "T" I've slowly been realizing that creating boundaries is a major life lesson - now I understand *WHY* because ASC is Lib 29th as well... Also though, Venus and Mars are *still* in Virgo so it's how I show love - by doing and am trying to learn still to *balance* that out. Thank you for explaining this so well. I’ve been drawn to the idea of past lives recently and I think it’s because I have a lot to sort out in this area. I’m a Cancer Rising, my North Node is in my 1st as well. But I also have a 12th house stellium, my sun, mars and venus are there so that’s seems like a lot of karma from the past to work through.
