When I export the Project Master that contains voice clips and instrumental clips, there are random bits in the exported file where the voice clips fade out (3-5seconds). But when I play it in Bitwig, it plays the whole thing fine. Would you know why this may be the case?

What about exporting multiple Tracks with different lenghts (i want to use bitwig to convert many WAV to MP3 files)? I would like that each exported file, in mp3, has the exact lenght of the original WAV. I want to do this with about 20 WAV files simultaneously. Everything works so smooth, but there doesnt seem to be an option to set that they dont get exported all with the same length. I would like "arranger" selection, but for each track individually, according to the lenght of the Events. With bounce (to export to WAV) it works fine, but with mp3 not. Am i missing something?

I have a question about exporting, should you export all the midi files seperate? to save on cpu for EX: last night i exported my project of around 7 tracks and the fan was really working hard to cool the CPU I hear the rendering with Midi takes alot of CPU what do you suggest I have 32gb of ram on a iMac i5- 6 core intel

With your system, you shouldn't be experience long export times and high fan use. Not sure what could be causing that. If you were rendering video, that'd be a different story as this can really tax your processor.
