Do casinos let you play either in their casinos/sports books, or others around town while you are on their payroll but off the clock? You might be a great poker, or know how to bet on sports and you consistently win over time, and not want to give up that income in addition to your dealer income.

wondering if your going to cover Roulette and or Craps?
@VegasAces7 жыл бұрын
tsukune007 I'd love to do videos on Roulette and Craps, however getting access to a table is more difficult and if I bought one it would cost me thousands of dollars. Don't worry, I'm trying to think of ways I can get access to a table.

I hate that casino managers reinforce the notion of "hot dealers" ... MATH people it's just MATH the casino always wins so stop stressing!.. sorry somebody had to say it!

I can't find your most recent comment so I'm replying to it here: Vegas Aces, how much money do you make annually as a dealer? I'm asking because I was once talking to an owner of a casino school and she told the class that they were going to be making 100 thousand dollars starting out on average. They kind of lost me there because that number feels ridiculous and I didn't want to start a relationship with someone that was going to lie to me. How much do casino dealer's really make? It depends on the casino. Some casinos do in fact make that much money. You can find out about how much casino dealer's make by checking out my World Toke Board: www.vegas-aces.com/site/resources.html If you ever question how much a casino actually makes, feel free to email me and I'll try to help you out. heather@vegas-aces.com Have a good day and take care.

Thank you for responding to my question. I deleted it on the last video because I saw that someone already asked a similar question that you had answered. Thanks again.

In your story about the "drunk" player, why didn't you stop him from playing. I thought you are not suppose to allow people that drunk too play in the first place. I think I know the answer, but for a $100, was the casino that desperate for money.
@jonathandpg61156 жыл бұрын
depends, some players get angry if you stop them. (like I mean angry even after sober.) She explained once someone was passed out drunk so they stopped and when he sobered up he complained, so she would deal to him even if he was passed out playing the basic strategy for him.

when you deal your self your show card and whole card does it matter if you show the first card right away? (i.e) in class there telling us to show the first card and then take the whole card and tuck it under that show card. but when i see you do it you have both cards face down then you flip you first card. can you do it ether way?

Depends on the casino. It seems like a lot in vegas do it this way but I went to do an interview in Canada and I got to do a "practice" round (they wanted to see my customer service skills while letting me have fun if I was up for it [I was] but weren't judging me on it) Basically they flip the card first and just tuck the second card.
