In Arabic, there's a different between time and tense. The first is called "WAQT" and the second is " ZAMAN".

in my opinion, Time means just time like 10 o clock, 5 am etc... Tense includes all instances like time, months, years, seasons, decades, centuries, and situations like when he came, when i woke up, when he comes, etc... what do you think?

In Polish for example its 'czas' [tchas] for both time and tense.

Good use of the unreal past! But keep your own accent; English is spoken in 100s - 1000s - of different accents. As longh as you're clear and easy to understand, that's what matters. Regards, Nick
