I did Medicare Advantage during the 23 AEP and was disgusted talking to in-bourd callers who were angry because of the bait and switch ads that horrible. Promises of extra benefits, cash and more were routinely held out to beneficiaries but critical information was left out on purpose. I got tired of being called a scammer or fraudster. This year I will go back to doing ACA

ACA is pretty good. We also have our share of scammers and rat agents. But it’s getting better for us good agents

In one of your other videos you mentioned how lead costs have increased from around $5 to now $15 per lead, and that you close 1/20 of the leads. I'm really confused how doing ACA is ever profitable or sustainable, as based on this math it would cost $300 to enroll a single client for $25/mo. which would take almost a year to recoup. Even if singing up multiple members or cross-selling, that's at least 3-4 months before seeing any return. Maybe I'm not understanding the numbers but I'm really lost on the ACA model. Can you clarify the numbers? Thanks.

The CMS 2024 Marketplace Final Rule Changes for Agents required Changes That Will Affect Marketplace Agents Agent Documentation of Consent from Consumers and the Agent Documentation of Consumer Review of Application that Consumer Must Confirm All Info Is Accurate Before Application Submission. Luis what do you think about Agent autopilot?

I am glad that they are requiring SS to be entered or you must attest that they don't have a SS. There is a lot of bait and switch ads out and agents are writing business without getting all the data, This new rule doesn't effect me or my agents

right now outside of open enrollment, around 5-10 heads a day

@@janeking8375 I spend $100 a days. But you can work you way up. Start with $20. For many months I was at $50 a day

I have a quick question, what would you recommend to get in your first couple of sales to have the funds to invest in FB ads and the CRM?

The CRM is $97 a month and the FB course is $1497. You def don't want to get in the hole. Do you have a method of getting leads? if you do, work that source. IF you don't, the FB ad course is def a investment that will pay off. The CRM is tool that will help you, but you can do without it. The work is harder in that you don't have automations to warm up your leads. For me, the issue is time. If you are new and don't have a large book to renew, then you should have time to warm them up yourself.

So YOU are charging people to sign up for ACA? You get how this entire business model is gross and immoral, right? Or...maybe you don't. That's probably even worse.

What gave you the idea that we charge people to sign up for ACA? We don't charge our insureds to enroll. IF there is a premium, then they must pay it. We agents get paid a commission to from the carriers to enroll.

If you want to learn from me to sell ACA, then Yes. You can get set up under my downline or you can stay in your current upline and I'll sell ACA 101 courses, FB ad Courses, and the CRM. I'm a businessman. I not a charity nor do I have a trust fund. When I started I had to learn the hard way because there no one knew anything about ACA when in started in 2014. It cost me more in hard lessons and lost commissions than what I charge for my ACA 101 course.

I forgot that Agent CRM had a calendar built in. I just have been to lazy to change it . Either one is good
