Ingredients:
1 kg of beef
Any cut of beef, even the toughest, will do for this recipe
400 grams of onions
100-120 grams of butter
50ml of water
Cook covered for 60 minutes over medium heat
3 cloves of garlic
1½ to 2 teaspoons salt
Black pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Cook for 60-90 minutes until meat is tender
2-3 eggplants
1-2 zucchini
Salt
oil for frying
1 large onion
1-2 peppers
2 tomatoes
1 tsp Khmeli Suneli
Black pepper
1-2 cloves of garlic
dill (parsley and cilantro, to taste)

Конечно вкусно, спасибо! Такой рецепт мяса очень популярен в России под названием "говядина по-кремлевски". А овощное блюдо очень похоже на грузинское "аджап-сандали", только без кабачков, и вместо укропа - кинза и красный базилик. Надо же, даже в Германию попало грузинское хмели-сунели!)
