For anyone scared or who feels awkward dancing. Dancing and letting go was always a huge problem for me. I have always wanted to be a good dancer but I always convince myself not to. I finally was on the floor with everyone and just did simple dance moves. A random girl and her group started dancing with my friends and I and I feel great. I feel like I have gotten over my biggest insecurity and I can’t wait to go back tonight. Just have a couple drinks and do it. Don’t think, just listen to the music and enjoy yourself

This vid literally saved my life. You may not believe but I've been taking notes from it and analyse every detail I could possibly see and now after kinda over 1000 hours with it (learning every number by heart) I can say it's easy to dance on the BASIC level. You "just" have to provoke your brain and muscles to work together.

I can't dance, probably due to low confidence in myself, but I was curious to watch how to dance well. Beautiful moves per step through the video. Today's music is really hard to adapt to these days though, most of it's badly out of rhythm, and it makes it a lot harder for beginners who wanna try.
