Great video. Precision Fuel & Hydrations is the best out there. After switching - with a more correct, and higher sodium target - it totally changed my game, and I started to get podium results with 2nd at 2023 Spartathlon and 1st male at Badwater 135. Keep up.

sucha good vid man. Just did a halfmarathon today to test out some products (actually the 1000 electrolyte tab) and some fueling and it didnt go as planned.. realy need to sort this out since i have a marathon comming up and want to be on point with the fueling. Keep up the good work, and gods speed in training! ;)

Awesome and insightful content! Really loved the insight regarding fluid intake in particular. I recently found out that I was overhydrating everyday by a lot. I had heard of all of these people drinking multiple liters a day, so I was drinking about 3.5 liters a day, but turns out I actually only need 1.5-1.75 liters pr. day, as I sweat Very little and weigh way less. Has really helped with my frequent bathroom visits 😊😅
