The turbo plane looks like an angle grinder, is it the same thing?

the turbo plane is a cutting disc for an angle grinder. So it basically is an attachment you can put on any angle grinder that you already own.

This doesn't actually make the music louder. It just directs the noise waves to the camera microphone(or your ears) which makes it seem louder. It actually doesn't do anything
