7:00 the Milwaukie Hole Dozer General Purpose Bi-Metal Hole Saw Set is what I use. I wish I'd bought these decades ago.

What size are your blanks you started with to make this speaker?
@boydstongrove2 жыл бұрын
AUGH! Can’t believe I forgot to put that in there! 🤣 5”x5”x1/2” I based it off my phone size and what I thought might look good. If you have a bigger phone, you might want it bigger.

What brand forstner bits do you use? I know most of them are recommended for a drill press I'm looking for ones that would work great in my drill looks like you have a good set

I bought the larger Irwin set because it’s one of the few that includes sizes over 2” and it has multiples of the more common sizes. I think I featured the exact set on my “Woodworking gifts under $100” video, should be a link in the description there. Thanks for watching!

Awesome thank you. I'll look into them. I started doing wood working and crafts to make extra money for my rescue animals.

How long did it take you realistically to make this?
@boydstongroveАй бұрын
That's hard to say, because my plans changed mid build, so I was kind of making it up as I went along. But, ultimately, it's just a stack of wooden squares with the centers cut out and another stack with circles cut out of the center. Now that I've made one, I could probably knock them out pretty quick. I did leave it overnight to dry though.
