Joe Dante and Len Elliot popularized the 4 magic moves in their book "Four Magic Moves to Winning Golf" (1962). The first magic move is the one lots of people refer to as "the magic move". Their magic move is to preset the wrist cock at the start of the back swing. I really like this because it means you get that action out of the way early and don't have to worry about doing anything with the wrists later. However, you have to study their grip section and understand how to press the right hand down on the left hand in the way that is specified. One PGA player who used the early wrist cock was Nick Faldo.

You are the most common sense teacher I have watched in golf instruction you helped me a lot. I agree with the previous comments about you they should hire you in golf channel so you can teach a lot of people. I thank you

So THE magic move is Turn your back to the target. Slide to the left ankle. Left arch. Dropped the arms/elbow. Swing wide. Transition down just before back swing ends. Start legs(whatever that means). Use lats. Have faith that the club will square. Easy 😃

i said it before Mike's instruction is so easy to understand, I agree with Caddiesense. He is very articulate. Mike's swing action reminds me of Mike Austin's as someone else mentioned. The swing Mike displays looks so coordinated and uncomplicated.
