If the last step doesn't work: - Make sure you turn the bottom face instead of turning the whole cube to get the next piece - Finish the 4 moves (don't stop at 3) If you still manage to solve the yellow side but ruin the white side, you might have a twisted piece that you will have to fix by twisting it or taking the cube apart. (To know for sure, the last step requires you to repeat the 4 moves either a total of 6 times or 12 times. If you get a different total, like 8, then you need to physically twist a piece)

I just did the white placing like a 3x3 white corner, then did the 3x3 yellow corner swapping and I thank you for the hint about having only 1 yellow corner placed correctly before doing it though. When you see that it's actually a "circle", you'll understand. I don't mean to make it sound more complicated, but if you heard him say that "you may have to do this up to five times..." it's because the sixth time brings you right back where you started. There's an even faster way if you just went left instead of right, but the purpose of his video was to keep it as simple as possible (one algorithm). I teach WITHOUT using algorithms. I want people to see what the "algorithm" is actually doing to the pieces. Cubing is a blast, 7x7 is my next challenge! Have fun, and good luck!

Great vid about a month ago I watched your one on solving the 3x3 and the how to get faster using the beginner method they both really helped and were fantastic! I recently got a 2x2 and was able to figure out how to solve it rather quickly but I still have some problems and this video cleared them all thanks!

I'm so lost! What does "Get 4 or 1 correct" mean at 3:37? As in 2 colours are right spot and match up, or 3 are right and match up on 1 side? Hard to explain! But also hard to follow. I could only solve Step 1.

It’s means that you have to get all 4 corners in the right spot or only one. 3 correct corners and 2 corrects corners won’t work…

J perm! I learned from a different tutorial and he was doing these loooong algs that I had to write down to solve. I had to go get the paper I wrote them down on everytime I wanted to solve the 2b2. And he didn’t even say some of the notations correctly. And I watched your tutorial and your method is only has 3 algorithms, the sexy moves and another super easy one. Not too different than solving a 3b3. Thank you!!!
