Also own a small business (construction), I use sage , and excel to track all my jobs. Then, reconcile once a month. Also when starting keep a ledger, in excel/google sheets. Hope that helps someone.

So you don’t keep track of profit margin per product in your book keeping? Do you just keep track of total inventory vs current inventory and average cost? And then compare the value of product sold vs the gross and net sales?

I don’t know if he works accrual or inventory for taxes, but he probably does it by item type and does cash in against cash out. His main goal is probably keeping cash flow and holdings at certain markers

I bought a bunch of singles people would want on auctions and stuff, is that a good starting point? I figure try moving raws and grade a few of the heavy hitters and move those on eBay, then maybe a case and a few tins or premier collection bundles or something on an ebay store , and if by some miracle that works and I sell anything, then you move on to crates etc? That seems to follow what you were saying closeish is this a feasible way to make it even a tenth of the way of your site?

How do you get pokemon products if you don’t have an actual storefront? Thought products can’t be distributed to a residential/ online business

Distribution is available for people without a storefront, but things like magic the gathering is not
