Emma. Hope things are OK where you are. I have heard about Valencia. A horrible situation there. Really unfathomable the destruction!

I am too old to learn new languages at a high level of knowledge in them. I play with my fourth English to write the comments, trying to make up in my mind the sensibility of the words as they connect in the order of correct sentences. I was 16-17 when I got the sound of English (only listening) without mentioning that I had to have this language at that moment. It is like a needle in a bale of hay, this language caught me at 34 ... From this age, I discovered the ability to understand English without being able to speak it.

Bonjour Emma. This is Jim in Cicero, NY USA. My french class had required 2 books, which btw are written in french. They are: Edito Methode de francais, Nivea A1 by Didier, the 2nd is Grammaire Progressive du francais 3rd edition CLE International authors Maia Gregoire, and Odile Thievenaz Niveau Intermediate. If purchased new and complete, both should have cd's too. New about $35/40.
