sir agar neutrons charged nahi hote toh wo magnetic property kaise dikhata hai, please help sir? (2:56)

This is because neutrons are itself made of other charged elementary particles. It is not technically neutral in charge. So it will have spin property too. You can see the same in radioactivity video.
