You are right, it should be 37.5, and the program is using the correct value. The problem is the setting for display of units for the document that you are working in. If it is set to display no decimal places, it will display the value rounded off, but will use the correct value in calculations and setting parameters in the model. Check your display settings in the document and change the value if you want a different display.
