Usually the person giving the lesson speaks the Spanish part so fast, I have a hard time understanding it well enough. I went on hardly any sleep for years. In my 20's and 30's. I'm 45 now and I can't function on less than 8. The military has a brilliant way of training you to go without sleep , and when you are young your body can handle it. However when I hit that 40 mark it was a different story. Nowadays I turn the TV onto the western channel and sleep while the cowboys and Indians are doing their thing. Something so soothing about 1960's tv that makes me sleep like a rock.

Two years of high school Spanish are coming back, and it's fun! If only I had someone to speak to in Spanish everyday. Really like the pacing of presenting the material -- not too fast and not too slow. Seeing the words and hearing them pronounced a few times so clearly works wonders. Please invent a Spanish-speaking robot to follow me everywhere so I can speak the language all the time. 🙂

@learn Spanish world - This video is excellent. Other videos use affirmations that give you confidence to learn Spanish. For anyone to learn Spanish in terms of subconscious reprogramming- they have to hear the affirmtions in English. And in Spanish. This is the only way it works so awesome! The fastest way for subconscious reprogramming to work is for you to listen when going to sleep. When we are in the transition of sleep and are partly awake we are in a state of THETA- A state of natural hypnosis. Which means we are most open to suggestions. Just as we learn the most 0- 7 years of age. We learn by repetition. You listen from bedtime up until you wake. Then listen the first 30 minutes you are awake. Again. It us then you are in Theta. A natural state of hypnosis. The reason listening at these times and while asleep is also because our conscious is off. With that said there are no interjections - thoughts that are disruptive or ones that take your mind off of what you are focusing on. It is proven in neuroscience that the power of words has the biggest effect on the outcomes we experience In life. After searching for ways to change my past trauma, lack of confidence and or lack of self worth...It has transformed my life..I began to care for myself and I began to be confident. I wasn't afraid go take risks or what other people thought. I began to start projects I never would have. When I woke..instead of hating what I saw in the mirror..I loved it. I came as I am and my only want in life is to improve and evolve into the best person I can be...I know this is a video for learning Spanish..but in general it comes down to learning something new. For any of you out there- Always remember to love yourself. Have confidence. Know you are capable of learning anothing you want in life. You are beautiful and you will learn and become all you want in this life. Don't ever stop evolving.

For all the times we fall down...we always have the opportunity to get up..as if we've never known defeat. It's ok to feel sad. It's ok to have rough days. Those who have the biggest hearts are the ones who are effected the most..I feel it's because we aren't capable of doing to others what they are to us. I've had a rough time lately as well. But I've talked myself out of it..I've come to experience the lowest days in life..I cannot go downward anymore. I can only build strength...so can you. When I'm having a rough day, I ask myself what it is about my day that made me so upset. If I can answer that answer, I make sense of it that often relieves me. I usually find that whatever it was or whoever it was- Isn't worth my tears, not worth the energy it takes out of me..not worth the upset it causes me to feel..And no matter how many "Whys" I have..Ill never know. Whatever is going on, please please know it's temporary. Faith is hard to have when we feel everything opposite of that...Your strength lies in pushing yourself to overcome those rough days..breaking through barriers that seem impossible to tear down..Amanda your heart is precious..so are you..we are strangers to one another..seperated only by the experiences we've not yet shared..ones that give us a chance to relate..and in that find comfort..to encourage one another. Positive comments here may not always feel specific to you..sometimes lacking the true support we need in moments such as these..But know this is for you. I am writing this to you. As a person who cares regardless of knowing you. I don't want you to feel down..I want you to know how great you are and know that you are bigger than anything this world may use to try to bring you down..even if it's only for a day, 2 or 5. It's important we have someone to encourage us. It is crucial. I mean this wholeheartedly, and I will pray for you. I am speaking from a place of sincerity. Breathe in, breathe out. Slow your heart rate so it slows the pace of your mind. As corny as it sounds, tell yourself "I've got this. I am able. Nothing on this earth will stand in the way of the happiness I deserve. I am at peace" you can also count 5,4, 3, 2, 1. You can look it up. It sounds ridiculous but our minds are subject to overthinking..and that is where we continue to marinate on what happened throughout the day. Those events attached to the emotions we feel makes them linger on. When you count 1 to 5 backward you stop your mind from repeating the same thoughts. I'm sending an air hug lol Feel better love! Everyone thinks you will wake up speaking full sentences in spanish and be able to speak but that’s not the case here. You will learn simple words, you don’t really learn while you sleep but this video is excellent wherever your going, going on a run, walk, exercising, doing something productive or in class or at work. That is what I think, i’ve been doing these videos for a week obviously I don’t know how to speak spanish 100% but it does help a little bit you learn simple words and learn to remember them as more as you watch these videos on learning whatever language in your sleep.

@@thegooseglock3619 Hi amigo...It does work, but it depends what are you hoping to achieve...If you hope to listen to it all night long, then wake up fully fluent in Spanish. It won't....However, if you want to improve your pronunciation, memorize vocabulary, and reinforce what you have learned...It will definitely work :) I hope that helps
