This video is great for working with the tones. You have really made it possible for non-thais to sort of getting an idea of how to pronounce the words properly.

Your tone lessons are very good. My trouble is I do not know the meaning to all the words you show but I suppose practicing the tones is the key part of your lesson. I will watch your following videos on tones. Your the first one I found to practice tones with the student in a video !! Great approach. I like the thinking outside the box!

Thanks for making it easy. Wondering if it would be better to learn to read and write before speaking? I find it difficult to remember the Thai script ?

Kruu Naam so happy to see you post a new video! Your style of teaching makes learning to speak Thai easier for me. Thank you so much. Just this morning I was joking with my wife Wan and I had her laughing, before leaving for work I say to her speaking Thai that I learned from you "pom mai yaak bpai taam yaan, Khun bpai krap! Again thank you very much☺️🙏

Hellol I am really enjoying your video's they are helping my pronunciation a lot. Then my Thai wife can understand me better. I like that you slow it down a lot so I can hear the difference in pronunciations. Hopefully when we are able to return to Thailand I will be able to communicate a little bit with our friends and understand them more. I try to work on reading and speaking everyday. Also, rising tone naawn - I was trying to use it saying something was warm and my wife couldn't understand. finally we figured out that rising tone naawn is actually worm. might need to fix that in this video. Keep up the good work.

This video is really perfect! Although most people can understand out of context, I have to train more and more these tones. Is it correct if I pronounce deep tone really deep, like a bass? I can do, but I never heard people speaking like this.

I can already read the words with the tones because of you. But when native speakers say some words, it seems different. Like when you say ฝันดีนะ the word Fan should be rising tone but i hear low tone when they say it
@SpeakThaiPossibleWithNaam4 жыл бұрын
So happy to hear that. Thanks for sharing !!! Yes ฝัน is definitely rising tone and in the video it’s also the rising tone.
@mrkmcpz42284 жыл бұрын
@@SpeakThaiPossibleWithNaam i mean. When native thai speakers say the word it doesn't sound like rising tons na krab. Or is it just because i'm not that good at recognizing the tones yet. Post more videos about the thai tones na krab because i already memorized the tone rules so now i want to read and speak thai with tones already.
