I came here after listening to Jessie’s recommendation and WOW! I have never done Pilates before and found this so easy to follow. Your instructions were so clear and your voice is so calming 🥰 I’ve done this and the lower back stretches and I’ll be back to visit every day this week 😂 thank you thank you thank you💕💕

Just finished this workout. It was the first one of your vids that I've tried. It was so fun! I really liked your explanation to find neutral spine, I never really understood it before but it makes more sense now. Looking forward to doing more of your workouts!

I'm so happy you liked it! Neutral spine can get confusing - I think the most important thing to remember is that everyone's neutral may look a little different but the most important factor, is that it feels right for you. Thanks for your support!!
