Thanks for this video. My son is doing ice hockey and ice speed skating. His problem is using hockey cross over skills to speed skating. Every time he goes to the corner, he cannot lower his body and his leaning is not good. That’s my big headache.

i've got a very hard question for you / very hard tutorial de make ... How do you efficiently "speed skate" or "endurance skate" ... uphill? I mean, real, very long uphills ... more than 10 km of continuous steep uphill?
