I don't feel the tension as much on my chest when I bench so I normally use the hammer strength machine and I'll follow up with cables. It works great for me. Bench is more for strength training I've never got an insane pump or insane results just benching. It is a great workout though to build a good chest foundation and strength.

Amir, Charles has lots of good tips for shoulders on his other videos. That should help you with your questions. I too have issues but have learned to work around those through Charles.

Try doing light weight on cable push downs to wake up tricep group muscle, then try shoulder pressing and imagine pushing through your elbows instead of your wrists. Do anywhere 40-70% of 1RM for the shoulder press and go for hypertrophy (sets of 12-15 reps) give yourself 1-2min of rest as needed. Hope this helps !

I think decline always hits the whole chest. The Godfather has said this a couple of times before. But the pad gives you a much better contraction. I can definitely recommend it. I got the old one and don’t wanna miss it anymore.

This machine is in the real or natural like an enchambered sphere (semantic: soul) and is on an incline the machine is and the row bars are support like a large opera curtain. Now, that is not what I see in the video. Just so sad how this Industry struggled with poor equipment. I invent most of the equipment except Bowflex and the equipment is dismorphed into shitty weird looking compared to its real intrinsic form!! Don't do that. way ALOHA!
