Tried this today on my smith with bands, and I was really able to n=hit the chest with a lot more reps and got a great pump in my upper chest! Thanks for this demo!

Explain the biomechanics between the incline and decline presses. If incline is for upper chest, in my mind decline is for lower. What I hear you saying is decline is for the full chest.

Easy. Check fibers direction… decline hits chest muscles in the most apropiate way. Barbell/ dumbbells/ machines do which you feel more ;-)

spend all day positioning the bench to get to that specific part of the chest and do 3 set's try this in your gym when there is a guy like Doug standing watching you and waiting to use the smith machine. Your playing around with the bench 🤣 It's also funnny Doug had no definition he was a mass monster but his shoulders had no rear delt definition
