Great video! However, instead of playing pawn to e3 attacking blacks d pawn what if they play d4? You can’t en passant as queen will just take queen and you can’t go to bishop b4 check. What would you do in this position? Thank you so much :)

I'm guessing you meant "e4" when you said "d4". Black's most common response is 4... Nc6. The position is about equal.

I think because you can block with knight to g3 which also prevents your pawn from capturing onto a promoting square
