EXCELLENT breakdown of the proper placement and positioning!!! Also telling of beginners steps to start with for those new to moving towards the achieved advance flow. Plus you target what is most important in the position. Example in the first flow you said it’s the shoulders back not the hips held high. Keep up the good work your a good teacher.😇👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😃
