I have been training with kettle bells, maces, and heavy clubs for about 4.5 years. I love the idea of juggling but intended on waiting to juggle until I was far more experienced. I assume you start juggling with a very light weight and very simple movements. What weight do you recommend and how much experience do you suggest before starting to juggle?

Awesome question! There is an entry point into juggling after you learn some simple fundamentals such as the swing and swing clean (even the snatch isn’t entirely needed for fundamental juggling…). As soon as we start venturing into more of an expanded juggling practice moving side to side and learning more advanced variations and flips it’s useful to understand 3D movement and multiplanar patterns (moving side to side, behind the body, and such…) I have a course called moving 3D that serves that purpose… And yes, start with an 8-12 kg, intentional repetitions are what’s important with learning juggling, so keeping it light works best

@@SeanpearseWhat bell do you suggest using. You stated handles on Bells of Steel and Kettlebell kings have heavy handles. What bell company is good to go with for juggling. Thanks
