I haven't seen anyone play really like this until now! This is mainly how I play piano for Church and I got the ability after I did a fast for something unrelated! I'm so glad I stumbled onto this (was looking up violin videos for one of my kids). It is nice to learn that G chord roll you showed and some of those SUS tricks. I've been wanting to get more pizazz into my playing. I'm also going to work on changing my chord positions, because I play very inverted, and need to learn the other shapes of chords and move around a bit more on the piano.

Use the slowdown function on the player to slow the video down. That’s what everyone else does.

Slow it down by clicking on the round wheel or rosette to the top right of the video. Choose the speed you like - half speed or slower.

This was a great lesson but hard to follow. You move very fast. Maybe have the keys light up as you play so it's easier to see what you're playing
