You need to bump that up into E minor for your vocal range🥰 That's what key I do it in, we have a very similar range🥰 I think Paul does it in d#, wonder if he is just playing it in d minor with a capo? I've never watched him do it live, I'm finding it interesting to see how many of the stars actually DO use a capo, sometimes on really iconic songs, too! I know it's easier for ME to play certain parts in one key over another, like the D sus2/sus4 trick, you just can't really do that in E so easy, lol 😁

The only way I could get in that cool riff is to play it in this key better suited for tenors. If I was doing a performance I'd definitely use a capo.
