That’s freaking awesome! I am definitely still working on trajectory, but without something like that, it’s really just kinda random, if that makes sense. With this method, I’ll now have something to actually aim at. Thank you for yet again, another good, and informative, video. Love you stuff man!

This is such a great technique. In my experience, the number one sign that you have not properly developed your throw is if you are unable to throw it at various heights, and land it at various places up and down the board. A lot of my practice is not even throwing at boards, it's throwing at random objects and/or marks on a wall. Target practice (and constantly switching targets) forces you to refine your accuracy in a way that simply throwing at a board over and over does not.

Looks like a 8 foot ladder. 18 inches between each step
