This is such a great technique. In my experience, the number one sign that you have not properly developed your throw is if you are unable to throw it at various heights, and land it at various places up and down the board. A lot of my practice is not even throwing at boards, it's throwing at random objects and/or marks on a wall. Target practice (and constantly switching targets) forces you to refine your accuracy in a way that simply throwing at a board over and over does not.

Brilliant Mike. Great affordable training tool. This would be really well for new players and advanved. I feel like for a new player they really struggle to get the loft effect. To stay on the board. Great work Mike. Love the innovation. You know me. I love innovation and improvements.
