Recent Changes to Indiana Divorce Laws 2021

I want t retire, 68yrs old, still employed 70k/year….ESP = 175000.00 and a bank account of 50k +, …mo/ss/=3400.00,.. 2 pensions =1000.00, side job=650./mo, ..but my spouse is 59, 6-7yrs before she gets ss, she resents I am wanting to retire, only benefit is she smokes and gets health care through my employer. We fight, recently thought i was having affair, and I am not!! She bugged house on Wi-Fi to monitor all computer/phone traffic, she found nothing. HELP!!! Can I divorce…and live comfy on my money…help ..35 yrs married..have no privacy at all!! Need to be singe and enjoy my remaining years of life..WHAT TO DO!!! Help
