Hi Sir, For Question 1 why don't we say The Time, to mean specific time for The Gym and specifically in the evening time? Thank you so much! and would you confirm the spelling for number 6? Is it Mount Everest in the highest Or Is the highest? Once again we appreciate your lessons!

(1) 'Time' is actually not specific here because we're talking generally about not having any time on a regular basis. If you are talking about ONE specific occasion, you can use 'the', ex: "I wanted to go to the gym yesterday, but I didn't have the time." But even in this case, if you say 'didn't have time' it's acceptable because time is so general. (6) You are correct. I've made a spelling error - it should be 'is the highest' :)

We don't use article 'The ' infront of an instrument.. But when we are saying an instrument is playing, then whe should use 'The' before the instrument I love guitar I love playing the guitar
