I was wondering why is it 'les cheveux longs' but 'un long cou'. Why does the adjective 'long' precede the noun it's modifying in the second phrase? I know this video is quite old. Hi Alexa! I have a question: when do you add an "s" at the end of an adjective? For example: Blanc vs. Blancs.

When it's plural....like la tête in single and Les têtes in plural ...in the start you need to put le for masculine ...la for féminine ...and Les for plural...... In féminine you will have to add another e letter for sentiments...professions ...names and etc....

You mentioned in one of the lessons, to put adjectives such as colors after the noun. In the sentence you used in this lesson you put the word long in front of the word for neck. Is it just colors that go after? Does it depend on the noun being described or the adjective itself? As you can see I am a bit confused.
