Learning Circle #2: Institutional Local Food Procurement -Aggregation & Distribution

This learning circle was hosted by Land to Table in partnership with UBC Okanagan and featured farmer and aggregator/distributor perspectives on supplying to and working alongside institutions. Panelists shared different models for aggregation/distribution; the values that shape those models, financial challenges and solutions, as well as logistical details (what makes it all work).
This session is the second of three learning circles intended to inform UBC Okanagan’s local food procurement pilot project.
