Hi Rachel!! Super helpful video. I always make all these mistakes that you and Tom explain. The hardest part is when I bit myself. I try to relax my tongue and jaw when I speak but I can not coordinate my ideas, the proper grammar and the movement of my articulations and muscles all at once. Your video reminds me that I should take one step at the time. Thank you for that!!! I will review the drills that Tom mentions to gym my face muscles!!!
